Hello! I'm August Cole Gorton. I'm from Brooklyn, New York. I like to draw people drinking cups of tea and reading books, and people with their guts falling out. I have an extremely loud dog and two large cats. When not drawing, knitting or sewing, I can be found reading decent scifi/fantasy and the worst romance novels I can find. I'm inspired by illustrators like Linnea Sterte, and Tillie Walden, and authors like Terry Pratchett, Seanan McGuire and Rivers Solomon.
